Product Description:

1. Product Name: Precision Casting Thermal Detector Valve Body

Through the international advanced Investment Casting process via the Silica Sol solution, this connecting pipe precision casting part is complied with the American, German, Japanese and other international standards, on the basis of customer requirements to the different materials of 304 (CF8), 316 (CF8m), CF3, CF3m, 1.4408, 1.0619, 1.4469, 1.4517, WCB, WCC, HK40 (310), such as stainless steel, dual phase steel, carbon steel, low alloy steel and heat-resistant steel, etc.

2. Features: Conversion of Weldments, Other Casting Processes, Fabrications, Forgings and Assemblies to Investment Castings

3. Technique:
1) Silica Sol precision castings through the ceramic core, achieving the casting surface of Ra1.6 and linear tolerance of 0.1mm, thus reducing the machining work.
2) Equipped with the High efficient & precise four-axis machining center of FANUC, Siemens system; Machining finished in a single clamping, thus greatly improving the precision of the products.
3) The Japan Oriental heat treatment production line effectively controls the stability and uniformity of the overall product material.
4) For products with the special requirements, the FANUC Paint Mate 200iA are adopted to enhance the smooth surface finish and corrosion resistance.

4. Process: Die making & wax pattern, Assembly of wax pattern, Dipping the assembly into Silica Sol slurry, Sand-spraying & shell built, Dewax & firing, Pouring the metal, Shell & part removal, Finishing & secondary operations

5. Rapid Prototyping: Quick, easy and economical, can take your CAD designs and turn them directly into a pattern. Metal prototypes produced with the latest technology in 3D modeling and the precision of the investment casting prototype process

6. Finish: Carefully fettled, blasted & heat-treated; Grinding, machining, polishing, chrome / zinc / nickel plating or painting

7. Heat Treatment: Quenching, Normalizing, Tempering, Annealing, etc.

8. Application: This connecting pipe or joint pipe is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, natural gas, water and other gas-liquid fluid pipelines.
